How Popular Land Grabbers Obtained False Ruling On 900 hecters Of Land In Ogun

No one is above the law, a call on the National Judicial Council (NJC), Ogun State Government, the Nigerian police and other security agencies to fish out fleeing culprits...A popular land agent and motor park kingpin of Omu town in the Odogbolu Local Government Area of Ogun State, Abayomi Samsudeen Adelaja alias Ogunjalu and one Segun Abayomi Lawal, an ally of Otunba Gbenga Daniel (OGD), have not only incur wrath of the Criminal Laws of Ogun State for illegal claim to land and the chieftaincy stool of Erebe Ijebu Community of the OLOJA ADEKOYA (OFIRIGIDI) ANIKINAIYA FAMILY of OBA ANIKINAIYA RULING HOUSE of the AWUJALE, Ijebu Ode but have being caught to have fraudulently and deceitfully manipulated history, impersonated, procured, obtained and forged a survey plan, Survey Plan No. BDP/OG/95/116 dated 25th of June, 1995 used to surreptitiously prosecute, misrepresent themselves before Hon. Justice A.O Asenuga of the Ogun State High Court, Ijebu Ode High Court Division, Court 1 and criminally obtained judgment in Suit No: HCJ/121/2015 – Samusideen Abayomi Adelaja & Anor v. Olawunmi Titilola & Ors on the 8th day of May 2023.While the land grabbers and their accomplices; Olatunji Banjoko alias Threeco, Rafiu Akinyemi, Sanwo Ayalu, Oduwole Kazeem, Always, Suleiman Adesanya alias Alhaji White, Olaitan Ashafa, Oluranti Jegun, Adebanjo Joseph, Adekoya Gbenga and others based on the fraudulently acquired 20.981 acres of land Judgment invaded and continue to invade, demolish buildings and ancestral points, alienate and sell over 900 acres of Erebe land to real estate firms and ususpecting members of the public with deployment of arms bearing thugs, land grabbers in uniform. 

The Oloja Adekoya (Ofirigidi) Anikinaiya Family, Erebe Ijebu on the 8th day of January, 2024 applied to the Bureau of Lands and Survey, Office of the Governor, Block D, New Secretariat, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, Ogun State of Nigeria, to investigate and/or verify the genuineness of the Survey Plan No. BDP/OG/95/116 dated 25th day of June, 1995, fraudulently used by the land grabbers to obtain the judgment. The Bureau of Lands and Survey, Office of the Governor, Block D, New Secretariat, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, Ogun State of Nigeria, replied to Oloja Adekoya (Ofirigidi) Anikinaiya Family, Erebe Ijebu in a Letter dated the 25th day of March 2024 with Ref No. SUI/15B/1045, wherein the genuineness of Survey Plan No. BDP/OG/95/116 dated 25th of June 1995 was denied or refuted and same concluded as not in their archives and that one B.A OLUWUYE said to have being a Surveyor who prepared Survey Plan No. BDP/OG/95/116 dated 25th of June 1995 is non-existent.A criminal complaint of forgery was made by the Oloja Adekoya (Ofirigidi) Anikinaiya Family, Erebe Ijebu to the Office of the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Criminal Investigation Department, Abeokuta, Ogun State, and in the course of investigation by the Office of the Deputy Commissioner of Police, the Office of the Deputy Commissioner of Police wrote to the Bureau of Lands and Survey, Office of the Governor, Block D, New Secretariat, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, Ogun State of Nigeria for information on the status of the Survey Plan No. BDP/OG/95/116 dated 25th day of June, 1995, to which a reply dated the 11th day of June 2024 was returned in Ref No. SUI/15B/1065 signed by Surveyor Ajibode Abayomi O., Cadastral Survey Officer for the Surveyor General of Ogun State.Further enquiry reveals that it is not the first time that these land grabbers are exploiting judicial processes to injure Erebe Community leaders over their land. 

Samsudeen Abayomi Adelaja, an ally of Chief Bimbo Okenla, the Kakanfo of Ijebu Ode had on behalf of OMU of OMU vide a letter addressed to the OLORI EBI, OLOJA ADEKOYA OFIRIGIDI ROYAL FAMILY, EREBE IJEBU dated 5th February, 2016 invited EREBE COMMUNITY to Omu town's annual OMU Eleni festival but in a fraudukent bid to make way for his newly invented SANGOKOYA colluded with certain police officers to press a frivolous charge of forgery against innocent leaders of EREBE till same Samsudeen Abayomi Adelaja shamefully admitted that he actually signed the letter to which he mischievously alleged forgery of. Senior Magistrate Idowu Olayinka of the ODOGBOLU Magistrate Court struck out the Charge: MOD/46/2018 - Commissioner of Police Vs. Olawunmi Samuel.EREBE is one of the first settled town along the Ijebu coastal trade route during the transatlantic trade and had existed for over 100years before the formation of IRETE, , OMU and other communities in that area of Ijebuland. Erebe was founded by HRM Awujale OLUMODAN's great-grandson, Prince OLUMOGBE APARIMO. His only child, a female Princess EFUBISE married Awujale ANIKINAIYA FUGBAJOYE and begat ADEKOYA OFIRIGIDI around 1805AD. Upgraded neighboring chiefs in Erebe environs had been at logger heads with the customary owners of the community since Ogun State Government relocated the Oba Sikiru Adetona College of Education Science and Technology to Odo Jobore beside Erebe. The OLOJA ADEKOYA OFIRIGIDI ANIKINAIYA FAMILY, EREBE are considered a threat to the hegemonic land grabbing territorial activities of certain neighboring communities illegal scheme to annex EREBE.

The Oba Anikinaiya Ruling House, Ijebu Ode in her 23rd April, 2024 letter to the Ogun State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice condemned in strong terms, the land grabbers’ audacious fraudulent formation of a historically non-existent; SANGOKOYA OFIRIGIDI to criminally impersonate, injure and access the rights and privileges of the OLOJA ADEKOYA (OFIRIGIDI) ANIKINAIYA FAMILY of OBA ANIKINAIYA RULING HOUSE. 

The historically non-existent "SANGOKOYA" is said to have been the brain child of not only the land grabbers but a grand fraudulent design of the duo of Olomu of Omu, Oba Oludaisi Mosuro and Onirete of Irete, a popular expert land grabber in the Lekki Ajah areas of Lagos State, Oba Abdul Ganiyu Yesufu. The land grabbers and the said two Obas of their actual towns of origin had jointly written a petition to the Ogun State government which investigated and discovered as frivolous, unsubantaited but the usual menace of coronet bearing chiefs attempt to appropriate lands in their neighborhoods. 

The Anikinaiya Ruling House clarified that Sangokoya, a name derived from a foreign or strange deity “Orisa ajeji” Sango of Oyo, as no connection whatsoever Oba Anikinaiya Ruling House and Ijebuland and  called on the Ogun State Government and the police and to investigate circumstances surrounding how such a brazen disregard for law and order via fraud, forgery and impersonation could take place in a country with rule of law to the extent of being a awarded a 20.981 acres of land judgment with same fraudulent name and forged document.

We reliably gathered that the Oloja Adekoya (Ofirigidi) Anikinaiya Family and the Erebe Community have briefed a legal luminary, CHIEF A. G. GIWA-AMU, ESQ of A. G. GIWA-AMU & CO to commence legal action to discharging, vacating and/or setting aside the judgment dated the 8th day of May 2023, delivered by Honourable Justice A. O. Asenuga of the Ijebu Ode High Court granted to the land grabbers having being obtained by fraud, misrepresentation of facts, deceit, forgery of Survey Plan No. BDP/OG/95/116 dated 25th of June 1995 drawn by B. A. Oluwuye mnis, and for want of jurisdiction and request the Nigeria Police Force, to apprehend, investigate and prosecute the land grabbers for forgery and/or other related offences they have committed, contrary to provisions of the Criminal Code Law of Ogun State 2006.Omoba Sanya Adeoye, sibling of the deceased General Secretary of the Oba Anikinaiya Ruling House, Ijebu Ode, OMOBA (DR) ADEBOLA OLADIPUPO SANYA called on security agencies to apprehend fleeing members of the land grabbing syndicate who he alleged have vowed to raise frivolous allegations, stage violent protests and kill innocent leaders of Erebe in their unrepentant bid to forcibly acquire Erebe land and stool. 

He said the invaders in collusion with certain police formations had in 2022 staged a case of arson, staged another case of firearms possession in 2023 to implicate Erebe leaders and undoubtedly have capacity to carry out their threats.All eyes is now on the Ogun State Government, the Nigerian Police and the judiciary to see if truly certain categories of people or group are above the laws of the land.
